We're looking for a dependable and technically curious IT Support Officer to help keep everyday technology running smoothly. You'll support users, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain workplace devices, and contribute to a reliable and secure IT environment.
🧰 Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
Troubleshoot computers, printers, email, Wi-Fi, and connectivity problems.
Install, configure, update, and maintain IT devices and applications.
Assist with user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests.
Manage support tickets and document technical issues and resolutions.
Support employee onboarding, workstation setup, and device provisioning.
Troubleshoot basic network, peripheral, and business application issues.
Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when required.
Assist with system updates, security checks, and routine maintenance.
Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge resources.
Support equipment inventory, asset tracking, and device management.
🔐 What We're Looking For
Basic understanding of operating systems, hardware, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Understanding of common IT troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with help-desk or ticketing platforms is a plus.
Basic awareness of cybersecurity and access-control practices.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Organized, patient, and attentive to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
