Distribution Coordinator

Job Purpose:
Overall responsibility and accountability for apart activities in the operations department including procurement, distribution and inventory monitoring and reporting.
Excellent Operational support of the implementation of the Oriflame International marketing concept in Vietnam.
1.Procurement:
· Implement and comply with purchasing policies, procedures and best practices on system.
· Source and manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
· Work with relevant departments to manage inventory requirements, review inventory and order as required.
· Prepare and complete content of product sub-label
· Follow-up all OP contracts and renewals.
· Follow all OP expenses and complete invoice handling on the system. Keep updated records, balance stock count between purchasing and usage.
2.Inventory monitoring:
· Stock control to ensure Stock are available for selling in all branches.
· Daily stock follow-up in all warehouses for proactive stock movement in need.
· Check all stock movements (incoming and outgoing) of products in terms of product code, quantity & quality and ensure physical stock is tallying with the documents.
· Periodic checking of inventory to ensure that the physical quantities are tallying with books / system.
· Stock accuracy follow up in branches.Stock Reports
3. Distribution:
· Plan delivery inventories to all branches in full and in time
· Work with 3PL transportation for Last Mile Distribution plan
· Review transportation price of 3PL every quarter with OM
· Ordering of on-going printed materials. Stock monitoring and distribution of Printed and Promotional materials.
4. Reports:
· Daily OOS report
· Monthly Product List to all branches
· Monthly Excess and disco stock report
· Monthly OP reports. Monthly New code notice
