Mô tả công việc

- Set adequate target values for delivery and quality service, keep tracked KPIs close to the target values by:

+ Ensure DC, depot 's stock on hand to adapt sales demand daily, weekly, monthly.

+ Ensure DC, depot 's delivery ON TIME & IN FULL daily, weekly, monthly with highest effectiveness.

+ Ensure DC, depot KPI measures are maintained

+ Check & evaluate SHE , hygiene in DC, depot

- Monitor empty bottle return from DC, depot both in quantity , quality and time rules.

- Support delivery man to solve issues from handheld mobility.

- Analyze figures from ERP and Mobility to create report and propose trigger action

- Ensue La Vie goods & property by participating in stock count , proceed compensation if any

- Take part in evaluation distributors and dealers per month

- Monitor depot cost (Transport cost , Activity cost)

- Influence Distribution Management and Customer Service in order to continuously improve service and cost through:

+ Regular communication that will keep DC, depot and Sales, CS updated to manage proactively

+ Collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Transport to ensure customer service level, freshness and avoidance of bad goods
