Your Roles:
• To direct and manage the activity of a team in an assigned territory toward the achievement of the agreed product forecast & its performance and implementing operation practices in accordance with the company policy & strategic objectives in the assigned territories.
• Conduct regular team meetings, and ensure proper and timely provision of reports from the team.
• Participate in divisional meetings and other company activities. Provide regular managerial reports and feedback on market information & key customers as required to ensure the achievement of the common goals.
• Attend all assigned training courses and development programs as required.
