Mô tả công việc
Daily contact and work with customers, airlines, shipping lines, foreign agents.
Handle Sea & Air shipments, take care of customer service and documentation.
Trace cargo status and update milestones to solve any arising issue accordingly.
Daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and report to direct Manager on time.
Coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, co loader to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries.
Create jobs on the company's software system, input data and keep on time report and closing job file into the system.
Setup timely delivery process in order to meet customers' requirement.
Checking debit note, statement & making payment to related suppliers timely.
Other tasks assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 to 2 years experience in Logistics field
Flexible, active, careful
Good at communication and negotiation skills
Able to work well in teams and work under high pressure
English level: fluent in English especially speaking and writing
