Mô tả công việc
A. Main Job Purpose:
Direct handles documentation of the shipment within the scope of work, including issuing Debit note and payment to Carriers
Handle abnormal issues in daily job
Following shipment from booking stage until vessel arrives POD
B. Job details:
Shipment handling
Studying SOP
Receiving shipment file from Booking member/Supervisor
Double checking all data between hard copy and system to make sure no discrepancy
Co-ordinate with Suppliers to have on time SI, VGM, for next steps
Following up the shipments, having documents submitted by Suppliers, issuing FCR, getting carrier SWB, issuing Debit note + arranging payment to carriers within requested lead time
Having griffin system done by updating all required parts and send S/A to close the shipment at origin
Continuing follow up carriers to get update if any changes on sailing schedule to notice to Buyer on time.
Abnormal issues: own settle down under responsibility. Report to Superiors to have promptly support if any issue over capacity
Proactively Co-ordinating with team members to share daily workload if needed
Build and strengthen relationships with customers/suppliers/carriers to perform better as well as find opportunities for service development
Self-appraisal and Development
Get training as scheduled,
Enhance self-skills to perform better in current role
Record result for individual KPI, conduct Performance appraisal for individual as per HR's guidance.

Yêu cầu
1.University graduated and major in Economy, Foreign Trade or other related majors
2.At least 1 year working experience in International Logistics
3.Good at English, including writing and speaking
