Mô tả công việc
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Overseeing the organization and management of documents within the company
- Managing the customs liquidation process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and facilitating the smooth clearance of imported goods.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement document management procedures and policies.
- Monitor and maintain document storage systems to ensure proper functioning and security.
- Assist in the transition to digital document management systems, if applicable
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in document management technologies.
- Follow up liquidation of customs for imported materials, machines...
- Ensure statutory reports to be submitted to the local authorities before the deadline.
- Working with tax-customs officers when needed.
- Proactively self-study and draft new updates on customs, tax and legal regulations and practices.
- Do customs report periodically (form 15, 15a, 16)

Yêu cầu công việc
* Must requirement:
- College/ Bachelor Degree major in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Bussiness, Logistics, Business Administration or Similar field
- At least three years of experience in creating and handling shipping document , including customs clearance for import and export
- Good knowledge in Export - Import or Logistic field
* Important skill:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having very good skill in using computer especially MS Excel, ECUSS5, D365
- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents
- Good communication, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management
