· Make shipment plan based on delivery received from Merchandise & send Commercial team to place the booking.
· Monitor and update daily AX production status & booking conformation in packing report.
· Arrange the packing list for packing workers as per Buyer requirements & make the Buyer packing list for final inspection.
· Create the packing plan in systems to make the carton Label sticker.
· Close Cut to Ship with the Cutting/Production /Finishing team.
· Arrange loading plan based on booking confirmation.
· Confirm the final quantity to Commercial to submit the shipping documents & release the shipment on time.
· Make the AX packing slip and gate pass.
· Coordinate with relevant
merchandisers to get buyer approval in order to ship extra (or short)
· Make reconciliation before offering final inspection and close all sales orders with the systems Team.
· Return stock to Central Warehouse after shipment & Offering Left over to Merchandise for Quality B grade shipment.
· Book shipping Truck in the system
