- Involve to the Pre-Production functions by giving innovative technical solutions to mitigate bulk production issues.
- Ensure to review the manufacturing feasibility and method confirmation after first sample done with Technical team.
- Participating Risk Analysis meeting on accepting viable orders for mass production & provide simplifications to product for minimize the cost.
- Keeping close relationships with Technical, Work study and Production make sure to standard methods to meet standards in sampling and Bulk.
- Drive Costing team to provide accurate SMV for costing and bulk production with review tech pack and comments if any with coordinating with Merchandizing and Technical teams.
- Conducting daily capacity planning and Delivering accurate Costing SMV, Bulk Operation Bulletin on Time.
- Make sure to appear correct SMV in AX system in order to have correct capacity and production plan.
- Provide accurate thread consumption to fulfill the bulk requirement and need to minimize left over thread quantity.
- Clarifying & confirming the methods of critical sewing operations before starting the Pilot/Size Set
- Visiting production plants and setting standard style database in order to reduce costing lead time and reduce difference between costing and bulk SMVs.
- Adhering to set regulations and compliances
- Maintain HR KPI's within the Budget
- Identify training needs of the team and making action plans and closely follow up with HR team.
- Setting up KPIs in order to achieve the company goals & objectives and conducting performance evaluation on regular basis
- Driving & motivating the sample room team to create a satisfied & productive team
