BIM Energy is one of the pioneer investors in renewable energy in Vietnam. The investment in renewable energy specifically in solar and wind energy farms is the way BIM Group contributes to environmental protection. In particular, the entire area of the solar and wind power plants cluster is located on a 2,500-ha salt field, forming the largest green economic complex producing clean energy and salt in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Execute DPPA sales activities by identifying, developing and managing corporate customers, particularly industrial and FDI buyers with high electricity demand, to build the sales pipeline and convert opportunities into DPPA/PPA contracts, contributing to BIM Energy's business targets.
Identify and approach potential DPPA buyer, engaging with industrial and FDI companies with high electricity consumption and renewable energy needs.
Manage the sales pipeline for potential and existing corporate customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers within the approved pricing, commercial policies and contractual terms.
Understand customers' electricity consumption, commercial requirements and renewable energy objectives, work with the Head of Sales and relevant internal teams to develop suitable DPPA/PPA solutions.
Monitor the progress of business opportunities and market developments activities, maintain pipeline updates and provide market insights to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Energy, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales,
business development or commercial roles, preferably in the energy, renewable energy or related sectors.
Experience in sales related to power purchase agreements (PPA/DPPA) is preferred.
Good understanding of Vietnam's power market, renewable energy and DPPA/PPA mechanisms; direct DPPA experience is highly preferred.
Proven track record in acquiring and developing corporate/industrial customers and closing commercial contracts, preferably with long-term or high-value contracts.
Strong capabilities in commercial negotiation, pricing, contract structuring and business development, with experience managing sales pipelines and business targets.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools for research and reporting purposes.
English fluency in an international working environment.
Careful and detail-oriented, accountable and responsible, proactive and agile in handling work assignments.
