Mô tả công việc
- Source of items required to buy.
- Confirm the items are correct with Management Team.
- Lead the procurement activities for the company's business operations, ensuring that procurement meets the price, quality, type, and time requirements.
- Monitor, update, and manage the inventory (import - export - inventory).
- Do the tracking of the import - export and domestic orders, fleet management, freight forwarding activities as required by the company's business operations.
- Support in Administrative tasks.
- Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operations.
- Complete the Ad-hoc requirements from Management team.
Yêu cầu
- Female applicant is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related majors.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Logistics field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate English.
- Have working experience in F&B, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage task and timeline effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented.
