I/ JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Project Management (60%)
Proactive to manage assigned tasks under Line manager's supervision to deliver excellent execution for all the scopes as committed to clients. Key duties include:
- Draft out simple data flow for relevant projects including tracking, data collecting, cleansing direction
- Deep understanding of project management methodology to utilize the best practice on the project implementation across data services (I.e. Data warehouse, DataLake, CUSTOMER DATA PLATFORM, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS)
o Build detail project timeline, checklist
o Define and manage milestone deliverables
o Make daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients on projects' results and progress
o Monitor project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, and meet with required quality standards. Proactive to fix and optimize KPI outcomes for under-performance items
o Manage project cost efficiency and be responsible for achieving the agreed-upon profit targets for all projects
o To summarize and finalize data at the end of projects;
- Assist Line Manager to manage
o Development/production tasks with functional teams including but not limited to website, mobile app, media material...
o Service setting up with functional teams including but not limited to media tracking, solution integration...
o Service operation tasks with functional teams including but not limited to call center, email, sms...
o Perform as main contact point to coordinate functional teams to prepare the proposal (External & Internal)
- Support & monitor the reporting, dashboard mockup/prototype and design the metric/KPIs focusing on customer analytics if required
- Ensure that all projects are compliant to the company's standard integrated working process
II. Leadership/Team management/ Account Management (20%)
- Manage client relationship to maintain current customers to expand the new services for DBU department based on the core services
- Coordinate with partners to organize the workshops and open up new opportunity and follow up to close the deal
- Coordinate with Line manager to allocate sales target and projects to team members. Ensure the clear project management allocation workload and responsibilities among team members
- Train and maintain teams, developing staff members within role in relation to data skillsets
III. Relationship management and development (15%)
- Well coordinate and maintain good relationship with clients, authorized agencies, third-party vendors, internal resources, etc. to ensure the deliverables to clients, support the Unit head to develop the network of partners
- - Act as main contact point on the data analysis solutions and methodology to evaluate and apply to D2's current or new clients
IV. Company/Department culture/system building (5%)
- Proactive to organize or join good bonding activities to promote the company's Professional - Friendly culture
II/ Qualifications:
- College/BA or higher degree in IT, Management Information System, Marketing or relevant fields (International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc.)
- Project management certification is a plus
- Understand the data warehouse architecture, ETL concept and perform & monitor the data movement between environments if needed
- Have experience in implementing the dashboard/report system in relation to operational system like CRM, DMS, ERP to extract, transform and load the data between source to target systems
- Familiar with at least one of leading business intelligence tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
- Have knowledge in any of data science platform (Microsoft, Alteryx, Rapid Minner....) is a plus
- Good experience with digital/IT production
- Have proper understanding about digital marketing/communication
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Office programs (Microsoft or Google Suite)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or other media tracking & analytics tools is a plus
- Willing to learn. Responsible. Detailed-oriented. Integrity. Positive working attitude
