- Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
- Lead the way - managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations
- Prioritize workload and ensuring your team deliver authentic, memorable experiences
- Develop your team's skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
- Have authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
- Be first point of contact for any critical emergency situations
Yêu cầu
- Diploma in Hotel Management, or related field with preferably 2 years' Supervisory experience in Front Office operations.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Other languages may be preferred
- Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills
- Working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera beneficial
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
