Ensure Dyeing On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Ensure dyeing production meets on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
- Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in all production-related meetings including backlog reviews and internal coordination meetings.
- Maintain and update the OTD tracking report.
- Analyze OTD failure reports and define appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure Dyeing Right First Time (RFT)
- Analyze functional statements, organizational charts, and project information to define roles and responsibilities of workers and work units.
- Maintain and update dyeing failure reports; perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to improve RFT performance.
Prevent Operator Errors in Dyeing
- Implement Kaizen activities to continuously improve production efficiency, product quality, 5S, and visual management by reducing waste.
- Enforce discipline and provide training and development programs for dyeing operators.
- Ensure compliance with labor safety standards and company rules and regulations.
Other tasks
- Design, schedule, and procure production tooling, processing equipment, and workstations as needed.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective machine maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
