Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations across the ASICS e-commerce website and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to ensure seamless business operations and an excellent customer experience.
• Perform regular website and marketplace quality checks to ensure product information, pricing, promotions and content are accurate and functioning properly.
• Plan, coordinate and execute e-commerce campaigns, promotional activities and seasonal launches in collaboration with Marketing and Regional teams.
• Maintain accurate online merchandising, including product listings, pricing, product information, images, promotional content and website updates to ensure brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.
• Monitor online sales performance and key business metrics, identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, Average Order Value (AOV) and overall commercial performance.
• Monitor inventory availability and work with relevant stakeholders to minimise stock issues, order cancellations and customer complaints.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace partners to support business growth, campaign execution and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with IT teams, system vendors and
developers to troubleshoot website issues, implement system enhancements and support new digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to support sales reconciliation, payment verification and operational reporting.
• Monitor customer feedback and service quality, resolve escalated customer issues and continuously improve the online customer journey.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports, providing data analysis and actionable business insights to support decision-making.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance business efficiency and digital capabilities.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the DTC Manager.
