Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts within the e-commerce landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing product optimization on assigned platforms.
Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve agreed-upon revenue targets for assigned accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop growth strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Stay informed of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
