E- Commerce Manager

The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including our website and third-party marketplaces. This role involves developing and implementing eCommerce strategies, analyzing data to improve online sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce and a passion for the health and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. eCommerce Strategy & Management:
   • Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and profitability.
   • Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platforms, including website and third-party marketplaces.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of eCommerce initiatives.
2. Product Management:
   • Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management on the eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
   • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product and pricing strategies.
3. Customer Experience:
   • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all online channels.
   • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
   • Work with the customer service team to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
   • Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behavior.
   • Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
   • Make data-driven decisions to optimize eCommerce performance.
5. Budget Management:
   • Manage the eCommerce budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.
   • Monitor and control expenditures related to eCommerce operations and marketing.
