Mô tả công việc
- Planning for Digital Marketing.
- Manage, operate and keep track of interactions on Homepage of Websites, Facebook, Blog, Forum etc...
- Plan and conduct Email marketing and Mobile marketing activities.
- Manage the rank of keywords, SEO activities, Google Adwords and other kinds of Ads.
- Plan and conduct marketing campaigns and interactive activities on Digital Marketing channels.
- Building and managing and developing fan pages, FB groups, ... to introduce and increase interaction with users.
- Exchange and interact with target customers on social media channels daily.
- Updated new trends in social media marketing to improve work efficiency.
- Promote content on social media.
- Implement CRM system, build dashboard, in depth data analysis to track marketing performance, enhance ROI and conversion rate.
- Recruitment, training, management and skills training for Digital Marketing Team.
- Effective budget allocation, quotation evaluation, and control of digital strategic direction.
- Work directly with multiple Brands Marketing/Product Manager of ACFC to deploy marketing campaign monthly and follow up campaign performance.
- Others task from manager's request.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in science, business management, marketing, digital marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years in the fashion product industry. At least 3 years of experiences in digital marketing with a variety of digital platforms.
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
- Work skills and customer negotiation.
- Time management skills, job management skills, problem solving skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation skills with MS Office especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Passion in the career, can-do spirit, cross-functional communication, presentation skills.
