Job Description
We are looking for a talented E- commerce Operation Manager with strong expertise in building and managing operational processes for online sales at Maybi Fashion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the entire ecommerce operational flow, managing telesales, customer service teams, and driving online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize e-commerce operational processes:
o Develop and streamline operational procedures from product management, order processing, and shipping, to customer service.
o Ensure seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.
o Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth processes.
• Manage online sales performance:
o Plan and execute online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
o Oversee and manage online sales channels, including the website, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...), and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo,...).
o Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and key e-commerce metrics to make timely adjustments.
• Manage Telesales and Customer Service teams:
o Coordinate and manage the telesales team to ensure efficient phone sales and customer consultation. o Set customer service standards and monitor the performance of the customer support team.
o Train and develop the team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and report business performance:
o Track, analyze, and report key metrics such as revenue, cost, and return rates.
o Propose continuous improvements based on sales data analysis and customer behavior insights.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience managing telesales and customer service teams.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online business trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented.
