E-commerce Sales / Marketplace Associate

What You'll Do
1. SALES:
• Manage daily operations on Amazon or [protected info], Wayfair etc
• Track pricing, competitors, and market trends
• Support promotions and major sales events (Q4 Holidays, High Volume Events, etc.)
• Manage and optimize keyword-based advertising campaigns
• Improve product listings (keywords, content, attributes)
• Monitor account health and resolve listing issues
• Support new product launches with research and pricing analysis
• Track inventory using internal systems and tools
2. MAKETING (TikTok & SNS):
• Manage and operate TikTok and social media channels (posting, scheduling, daily monitoring)
• Plan and execute content strategy aligned with brand and product direction
• Create and manage short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and optimize content accordingly
• Identify and test trending content formats, hashtags, and viral opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) for content planning and execution
• Manage and grow social media accounts with a focus on audience and engagement growth
• Support product marketing initiatives through SNS content and campaigns
• Coordinate with influencers/creators when needed (sourcing, communication, execution)
• Track competitors and market trends within ecommerce and furniture category
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual direction across all platforms
