Ecommerce Marketing Executive

 Develop and execute the Ecommerce marketing strategy and calendar.
 Responsible for driving traffic and conversion to meet projected sales goals through marketing channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, SEM, Email Marketing, SEO, Affiliate, Re-Targeting, Social Media, ETC.
 Manage relationships with all third party marketing agencies driving sales and maximizing ROI to meet each channel goals.
 Responsible for managing the Ecommerce Marketing budget and related financial goals.
 Collaborate with Ecommerce team and other departments to achieve marketing objectives.
 Seek out new technology and services for marketing the site, develop an ROI strategy to meet goals.
 Constantly test, analyze and optimize campaigns, promotions & landing pages to drive sales and increase conversion.
 Constantly working with our designing department in order to improve the UX / UI
 Ensuring that all the plans are aligned with the instructions/guideline given by Brand Manager or the Principal
 Prepare content and visual directions for all marketing channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Website...
 Measure and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reports on KPIs and each campaign
 Actively participating in all marketing meetings to take part of the strategic decisions.
