EHS Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Develops policy, and directs and coordinates Environment, Health and Safety activities, such as occupational safety, employee health care, clinic operation, fire safety, environment management.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
- Identifies and interprets legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting EHS functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting comply. Advises management on legislative changes affecting personnel programs.
- Implement the labor safety management programs of factory such as: hazard identification and risk assessment; PPE management and distribution.
- Manage chemical safety management of factory from registration to using, and disposal
- Manage radiation safety and equipment with strict labor requirements
- Monitor contractor job comply with safety regulations.
- Implement health care activities for employees such as pre-health check management, annual health check and occupational health check; clinic operations
- Implement and monitor environmental protection activities such as: waste management, GHG inventory, environment license application, environment monitoring, ...
