Account Supervisor
Job Description
Lead, mentor, and supervise Account Executives and
Senior Account Executives to ensure high-quality client servicing and project delivery.
Support the development, coaching, and performance management of team members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to clients on PR, communications, and integrated marketing initiatives.
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public relations and marketing campaigns.
Oversee multiple client accounts and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify opportunities to grow client business through proactive recommendations and value-added services.
Manage client expectations, address issues proactively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present key insights and recommendations to clients and company leadership.
Support
business development activities, including proposal preparation and participation in client pitches when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or account management, preferably within an agency environment.
Proven experience managing client accounts and leading integrated communication campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent preferred).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of PR, marketing, digital communications, and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
Ability to develop strategic recommendations and solve client business challenges.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and business development.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
