Deploy and manage outbound email marketing campaigns to target lists.
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, replies).
Monitor and respond to all inbound replies from email marketing campaigns in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with potential leads via email to understand their needs, answer initial questions, and qualify their interest.
Identify "good leads" (qualified prospects) who require a sales call to close the deal.
Compile detailed notes on qualified leads (including their needs, budget, and timeline, if available).
Smoothly transition these qualified leads to the
Sales Manager for follow-up and closing.
Receive and process new order requests that come in via email or other channels.
Accurately pass all relevant order details to the Sales Assistant for fulfillment.
Maintain clean and accurate records of lead interactions and customer orders in our CRM or tracking system.
1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as email marketing, sales support, lead generation, or customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for professional and persuasive email correspondence.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency with email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
A basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential for communication with international clients and teams.
