What an Employer Branding Specialist does is to work closely with Recruitment team and Marketing team as well as external suppliers or institutions to develop and deliver effective Employer Branding campaigns as well as always-on activities to promote Cho Tot as an employer of choice to prospective hires through all possible communication formats, channels and programs.

To make a long story short, you create the face and the voice of Cho Tot that charms people on the outside and screams on the inside:: "Hey, let's jump on the bandwagon with us, now!".

You will contribute and make impact through:

Proactively proposing the communication & advertising programs/activities (both internal and external ones) that help increase brand visibility/awareness in a way that supports the employer branding strategy & recruitment needs
Leading said programs/activities towards defined goals using support from Talent Acquisition team, Marketing team, internal stakeholders & external needed resources
Organising and attending career fairs, recruitment & sponsored events
Maintaining fresh contents & frequent updates for current communications channels, including but not limited to Cho Tot careers site, social media & job portals
Tracking employer brand health through self-made surveys & those conducted by professional research firms (if any)
Updating market trends providing insights to help adjust the employer branding strategy

Have more than 2 years of experience in similar activities, regardless of whether your main field is Marketing or HR
Easily find stories to tell from every angle and want to tell them in various formats: articles, videos, webinars, events... that you can create by yourself
Have eagle eyes for details and eager mind for testing new ideas
Have experience working with plenty of stakeholders in projects with tight deadlines
Have great team spirit
