Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Engineering Manager (Electronics, 2400 USD, ID 17561):
Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient product development and technical operations.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of electronics products.
Ensure compliance with the latest electronics technology trends and industry standards.
Conduct product inspections and quality control to maintain high manufacturing standards.
Manage production processes and manufacturing operations.
Provide technical consultation, maintenance support, and problem-solving.
Develop and manage technical documentation, BOM (Bill of Materials), and engineering drawings.
Utilize CAD software (2D, 3D) for design verification and optimization.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (development, production, quality) and external partners.
Requirement
Male; Under 50 years old.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, other technology, etc.).
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, specifically in the electronics industry.
Hands-on expertise in semiconductor applications, optical design, thermal management, and electronic circuit design.
Strong knowledge of product development processes and electronics technologies.
Practical experience in quality control and production management for electronics products.
Proficiency in technical documentation, BOM preparation, and engineering drafting.
Strong CAD skills.
Basic level in English.
