Engineering Manager/Lead

We are looking engineering manager/domain chapter lead with responsibility to manage the Automotive engineering team for our major Automotive client, and lead an Automotive domain chapter organization in location/region. Domain chapters are a global organization focused on technology excellence with a key focus to build a regional team co-operating and delivering global offering.

Responsibilities:

• Country/regional team Line Management
• Building the team according to the demand pipeline (manage hiring, upskilling ...)
• Chapter growth strategy in locations/region
• Growing technical competence of the team
• Supporting presale/business growth globally

Must have

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong people management skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good business understanding to support for presale, business growth
• Good project management skills
• Ability to grow people and build effective organizations
• Good to have knowledge of Automotive domain
