• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships,
Business Development, Banking, Fintech, or Payments.
• Strong knowledge of the payments industry and payment technologies, including POS, QR Payments, Payment Gateway, Merchant Acquiring, and digital banking solutions.
• Experience working with payment technology, fintech solutions, or financial technology products is highly preferred.
• Able to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate payment solutions to enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Proven track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise partnerships.
• Strong commercial negotiation and executive relationship management skills.
• Existing network within banking, fintech, payments, or enterprise sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, commercially driven, and passionate about building long-term partnerships.
