EQuest is currently one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam with more than 120,000 students enrolled annually in our member schools, including K-12 schools, universities and vocational institutions, foreign language schools, as well as various Edtech platforms.
Why we need you: As our organization grows, we are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to fortify our expertise in employee rewards. This pivotal role transcends traditional HR functions:
Responsible for the administration and delivery of total rewards programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining talents.
Partner with internal clients to design and implement compensation, benefits and total rewards programs that drive the achievement of business objectives and results.
Ensures compensation programs; improves existing/develops new processes and service delivery standards.
Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
Performs labor issues or labor disciplinary process if any violation of company regulation or requirements.
Leads the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies.
Participating in new projects of the People and Culture Division: job hierarchies, re- organizations, Competency Framework etc.

Yêu cầu
Who We're looking for:
Graduated from University majoring in HR/Law or other related majors.
More than 5 years of experience as similar position.
Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence.
Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical & numeric skills and proficiency in major software. Attention to detail.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements.
Supervisory/ Management Responsibility.
Strong knowledge in HR and related laws.
Proficient in English communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office skills.
