EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of Project Coordinator​ with the following details:
Responsibilities:
Task Coordination and Follow-Up:
Assist the Manager in tracking project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Project Documentation and Reporting
Maintain project documentation (project plans, status reports, meeting minutes).
Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Resource Allocation and Facilitation:
Coordinate resource allocation (human resources, budget, tools) for project activities.
Facilitate communication among team members to resolve bottlenecks.
Knowledge Architecture Design Support:
Collaborate with the Knowledge Management Executive to design the KMS architecture.
Provide input on structuring repositories and layers based on project needs.
