Position Summary:
Support Head Department in processing the signing documents and compliance of the financial & accounting documents; arrange the working schedule to manage overall operation of the Group's Accounting & Finance Division.
Serve as the primary contact for managing paperwork and permissions from other departments requiring the Chief Accountant's signature.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, organized, and presented accurately for the Chief Accountant's review and approval.
Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents and records to ensure accuracy, correctness, timeliness, sufficiency, truthfulness, and fairness.
Identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial reports and promptly address them with the relevant departments for resolution.
