Job purpose
ERP Consulting: analyze business processes and provide recommendations for ERP system optimization.
Business Analysis: directly consulting and analyzing development requirements from business units
User Support: directly support users in daily activities
ERP Consulting (40%)
Provide support to debug and troubleshoot ERP issues.
Coordinate with ERP developers and support team to resolve system errors.
Test customizations, new functionality based on evolving business needs
Identify improvements and propose process change/improvement for ERP.
Identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionality to improve operational efficiencies.
Business Analysis (50%)
Support the development of the Sales Force Administration (SFA) mobile app.
Gather and analyze business requirements from departments to develop integrated-systems that align business needs.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories) to ensure the IT team fully understands the requirements.
Coordinate with developers on system implementation and testing, ensuring product quality before deployment.
Prepare user manuals and training end-users for business applications.
Mapping and documenting existing business processes and workflow.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure data governance policies are aligned with business requirements and system workflows
User Support (10%)
Be the first-point contact for troubleshooting, and resolve issues/challenges related to business applications from users within the company.
