Mô tả công việc
Program development:
- Develop Kiến Guru ESL program based on the new ESL curriculum by the MOET.
- Investigate other ESL e-learning programs in Vietnam and other countries to develop the most effective learning program for Vietnamese students of all ages.
- Develop and prepare guidance documents for ESL team training
- Provide training on teaching approaches, program framework and content for practical application to improve the quality of the products
- Observe the procedure, provide feedback, and evaluate teachers' performance
- Estimate the needed headcount based on the need of operation, the approved budget and the development target of the company
- Coordinate with HR and Academic Director (and his or her designee) to conduct recruitment process professionally and effectively
- Do the quality control of all ESL team products including learning videos, online tests, infographics, and online forums
- Support to find solutions to any hindrances to enhance the products' quality
- Train and coach staff on how to utilize the KPI to maximize result.
- Develop suitable practical & strategic plans to achieve the target.
- Cooperate to create action plans for the ESL team
- Coordinate the operations together with the admin team and other departments
Yêu cầu công việc
- Professional training & coaching experiences.
- At least 5 years of management experience in educational fields.
- Experience in designing academic programs, developing materials, testing, and evaluating.
- Well-developed presentation, instruction and communication skills.
- Bachelor degree or higher in English language teaching/education awarded by reliable institutions
- Relevant professional qualifications, ESL Teacher Training Certification - TESOL, TEFL, CELTA etc
