Event Marketing Executive (English)

An expert in the event industry to direct client on locations, logistics, budgets, strategy, communications and creativity. This position requires you to be able to travel.
● Own the event marketing program calendars, organizing both insider events and industry events, managing all aspects of the projects from speaker recruitment to logistics.
● Plan and manage the technical and logistical support services to ensure the seamless execution of an event.
● Manage within approved event budgets and negotiate the best value across all events, from regional to global webinars and provide post event summaries
● Supervise assigned events and ensure guesting is on track, target accounts are based on the project brief & get the right key opinion leaders to moderate events
● Developing a networking strategy to arrange face-to-face meetings with global decision makers (Chairman, CEOs, [protected info])
A strategic partner to define the types of events to target, along with the right verticals and personas
● Build awareness and influence revenue by partners with sales teams to provide a channel that delivers face-to-face interactions with prospects and customers that drive sales conversions.
● Provide meeting and event expertise and direction, working with all internal stakeholders and on their marketing initiatives.
● Build out an event strategy, set goals, and handle all of the execution and follow up reporting to drive the highest ROI in influencing pipeline
