Position Overview
The Event Marketing / Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and brand activations for POP MART Vietnam (TG). This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with headquarters' guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing events, pop-up stores, product launches, and brand activations.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Retail, SCM) and HQ to ensure event strategies align with brand guidelines.
• Develop detailed event plans, including budgeting, timelines, supplier management, and logistics.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, KOLs, and partners to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
• Monitor event execution and provide on-site supervision to ensure smooth operations.
• Create post-event reports, analyzing ROI, attendance, and performance against KPIs.
• Support
trade marketing initiatives to drive retail traffic and sales performance.
• Manage marketing materials production for events, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee the integration of social media and
digital marketing into event strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards for all events.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, brand activation, or trade marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, and KOLs.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is required (Chinese is a plus).
• Flexibility to travel and work during weekends or evenings when required.
Salary from 13 million - 17 million.
