Develop and generate event sales opportunities through client networking, sales calls, and market outreach.
Conduct site inspections and introduce event venues, packages, and hotel services to potential clients.
Negotiate event contracts, prepare quotations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth event operations and successful execution.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in a 5 star hotel/resort.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Dynamic, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsible and committed to the job.
