Are you a proactive and organized individual with a knack for multitasking and providing high-level administrative support? As an Executive Assistant for Management at Hub Hoi An, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team and ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communicate with contractors about basic construction and maintenance tasks (electricians, construction workers, etc.).
Manage and maintain company spreadsheets and documentation.
Assist with community management, fostering a welcoming environment for our digital nomad and entrepreneur members.
Help plan and execute community events to enhance member engagement and experience.
Tackle various challenges daily and develop effective solutions independently.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu

Be available for full-time work in Hoi An (on-site 100%).
Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication abilities, fluent in English both written and spoken.
Capable of discussing basic technical issues related to facilities and maintenance.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
University degree.
Experience with spreadsheets and data management.
Welcome to job entrants with minimal work experience.
