Accurately translate (verbal and written) in official meetings, internal working sessions, and external business discussions.
Arrange meetings, conferences, and teleconferences; prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and communicate Sales Department's directions and expectations to relevant departments.
Draft clear and precise correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents based on brief instructions.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Japanese Management Board in day-to-day operations.
Coordinate and/or participate in business trips for and with the Direct Manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Job Requirement
University degree or higher (Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome).
Japanese: Proficiency in JLPT N1 or N2 with excellent communication skills.
English: Fluent in both speaking and writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond quickly in dynamic environments.
Capable of working under pressure and cooperating effectively with team members.
Detail-oriented, proactive, self-confident, and hardworking.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
