Mô tả công việc
THE POSITION
Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) directly supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of property management in accordance with the company standards. Maximizes financial performance and ensures high satisfaction levels with the employees, and guests. Assists in executing all policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of the operation. Responsible for the hiring, training, and discipline of team members.
FINANCIAL
Assist General Manager in managing finances of operations including budget and inventory controls. Control expenditures, labor, supplies, etc. in relation to financial forecasts and budget
Assist General Manager with analyzing and critiquing profit and loss statements for accuracy and opportunities to improve profitability. Help prepare financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances. Implement appropriate cost-savings initiatives
Assist General Manager in developing accurate and aggressive long and short-range revenue goals consistent with the Company's expectations. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to create effective strategies
GENERAL OPERATION
Ensure the highest degree of quality guest service is maintained at all times, through prompt and courteous care. Meet or exceed previous service scores and internet rankings. Investigate complaints and initiate corrective action. Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues and communicate to the General Manager
As a representative of management, maintain constant visibility with guests and staff in all outlets and around the resort. Conduct regular inspections of the resort facilities (front and back of the house), chat with and/or entertain guests when appropriate, without being intrusive, in order to extend personalized service and provide guests with an opportunity to communicate both positive and negative feedback to management for appropriate actions
Assist the Front Office Manager in Reservations & Front Office matters, especially as it relates to VIP's, multi repeat guests, groups, villa owners, security concerns, discounts requests and all Christmas / New Year bookings
Oversee the arrangements for all special events including holiday activities, children's activities programs, Christmas & NYE, etc
Ensure that all Amanoi standards, policies and procedures are upheld by constant training and follow-up among all resort personnel
To maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of guest contact employees
EMPLOYEE HANDLING
Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the managers and team members. Recruits (hires), trains, coaches and counsels managers and team members, following company, state, and federal regulations
Maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labor regulations
Manage and motivate management team in the execution of their duties. Conduct performance appraisals for the managers
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to exceed standards, and promote team empowerment
Implement and maintain effective open-door communication system that encourages feedback and interaction between all departments
Complete property walks to interact with guests and employees; identify successes, issues, concerns and opportunities. Celebrate successes and coach or counsel managers or team members on any deficiencies
ADMINISTRATION
To ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately
To review existing and initiate new departmental policies as required
To submit monthly report to the General Manager detailing department's activities for the past month and planned activities in the ensuing month

Proven experience as Executive Assistant Manager in Luxury brands
Degree in International Resort Management or Business administration or relative field
Great leadership skills
