We are seeking a part-time Online Assistant to provide essential support to our foreign C-level executive. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our executive to streamline operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This position offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to leverage your existing skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Foreign C-level executive in day-to-day tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and market trends, offering strategic insights to inform business decisions.
Coordinate operations of the company teams (sales, administration, accounting etc)
Offer general administrative support, including report preparation, document management, and assisting with travel arrangements.
Actively engage in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
Managing social media and building content. Design materials in Canva

Yêu cầu công việc
At least one year of experience in similar position
Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese.
Strong proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written, to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.
Marketing and sales experience is advantage
Proven experience and self-motivation, with a desire to contribute to the organization's success.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a dynamic work environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork..
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Office 365, and basic marketing principles is a plus.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt efficiently to new technologies, tools, and processes.
