Job type: Contract Position (renewable annually)
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Location: HCMC, Hybrid
The primary role of this position is to coordinate the schedule, travel, meetings, tasks, priorities of CEO and core team members to ensure company goals are met.
● Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing materials.
● Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
● Ensure the CEO's commitments and priorities are effectively managed and executed.
● Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation with attention to detail and professionalism.
● Draft PowerPoint and proposal presentations as will be assigned.
● Assist in organizing travel arrangements, events, and other logistical needs.
● Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
● Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members to ensure clear communication and follow-through on tasks and priorities assigned.
Yêu cầu
● Degree in any discipline.
● 5 years or more of working experience, preferably in a similar capacity and/or in a service industry, especially in education or hospitality sectors.
● Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
● Fluent in both written and oral English and Vietnamese.
● Very organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual.
● Highly committed, people-oriented person who is a delight to work with.
● A responsible individual who coordinates well and is committed to making things happen.
● A fast-learner and problem-solver who thinks fast on her feet to make things happen with cheer and smiles.
Quyền lợi
● Base: up to US$800 (VND 20 million) per month
● Annual variable performance bonus: up to 50% of annual base remuneration
