$1,800/month salary awaits! We're hiring an Executive Assistant to President (English & Chinese, ID 17533) for a foreign investment company:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents; assist with translations as needed.
Serve as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Support project management by monitoring progress, following up on pending tasks, and ensuring the timely execution of initiatives.
Conduct research and compile data to aid the President in strategic decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations while facilitating effective communication across various audiences.
Plan, organize, and coordinate special events, meetings, and corporate functions.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.
Requirement
Female/Male, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role in manufacturing factories.
High proficiency in English, and Chinese.
Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Availability for business trips within Vietnam and abroad
