Mô tả công việc
1) Personal and Administrative Support:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
Handling email correspondence and phone calls.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organizing files and information.
Managing travel arrangements.
Support office and paperwork tasks.
2) Business support:
Responsible for creating sales reports (overall sales reports, regional sales reports, performance of the sales team, performance of stores, etc.) by collecting and analyzing data from sales team.
Coordinate and implement processes to support the sales force in achieving effective sales activities.
Monitor promotional programs and sales notifications, ensuring all stakeholders are fully and promptly informed.
3) Communication:
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Acting as an interpreter and translator while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
4) Other assistant tasks as assigned.
Work time:
From Monday to Friday, starting from 09:00 AM and ending at 06:00 PM.
Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in English, Business administration, Communication, or relevant fields.
Advance Business English skill

KPI bonus, Annual bonus
Gross Salary: 15 mil VND/month
Can WFH on Friday if no work must be done at office/onsite
16 annual paid leave, excluding national holidays and Tet

Company outing (monthly lunch out, annual domestic & oversea travel trip)
