Executive - Logistics (GSP Warehouse)

1. Quality management
- Responsibility for all activities related to GSP FIE warehouse include comply the law and quality
management.
- Approve for inbound, outbound or can delegate for storekeeper to do these activities.
- Make the report and send for authority related to drug special control or require as law.
- Check and supervise for all internal report in order to have full document as SOP and require from law such as GSP/ GDP/ Circular [protected info]
- Check and approve for temperature & humidity control in the warehouse and make sure all document storaged as requirement from law.
2. GSP maintenance & implementation
- Make plan/ document and implement the validation, re- validate GSP.
- Manage quality system, quality manual, quality policy of company as GSP.
- Manage all GSP WH activities such as inbound/ outbound/ inventory/ quality/ temperature/ humidity/ pest control ...
3. SOP Issuance & Law updating
- Coordinate with 3PL to review and revise SOP related to WH/ Logistics process and comply with drug law if need.
- Ensure all activities comply with SOP system.
- Update, train for employee the drug law relevant to Importation, storage, distribution, transportation.
- Coordinate with 3PL to prepare documents and get GSP FIE & COE for BBVN.
4. Warehouse Management
- 3PL & 4PL WH management for all activities from Inbound/ Inventory/ Outbound/Customers
[protected info] and detail as below:
- Conduct physical stock take and do stock reconciliation for 3PL/4PL.
- Daily check Warehouse report to monitor WH activities and ensure operation smoothly.
- Daily check and fix error transaction created via system interface with 4PL.
- Ensure goods controlled the expired date & storaged as temperature requirement.
- Ensure goods picked and packed exactly and deliver on time.
- Supervise and check the temperature & humidity record and maintain the document for audit purpose.
- Follow up & Co - ordinate with other department to solve DDR report, expired goods, stock adjustment.
- Good receipt for 3PL WH on SAP.
- Inventory maintain in SAP.
- Inventory management of customers consignment
- Coordinate in handling failed YNDD and work with customers/ other departments to deliver ASAP.
- Collect document from 3Pl/4PL warehouses and re- checking to ensure all documents comply with SOP or BBVN requirements.
- Monthly conduct warehouse inspection to 3PL/4PL to find out non - conformity, then make CAPA and follow up until completion.
5. Billing Processing
- Verify WH expense billing submitted by 3PL/4PL. Confirm and get full approval from Manager and hand over for FICO to pay for 3PL/4PL vendors.
