Executive Sous Chef is in charge of planning, organizing, coordinating, staffing, directing, controlling and evaluating all operations under his/her responsibility.
The job of Executive Sous Chef is never the same, as each day is different. One must develop long term range plans while resolving daily challenges across the entire spectrum of the Department. Executive Sous Chef must thoroughly understand the basic principles of each component of the Management System for Food and Beverage Operations

Excellent communication skills
