This role involves assisting the Strategy Development Manager in preparing and implementing strategies to support the company's sales targets. Additionally, the position requires aiding in communication among internal departments, including the Board of Management, Investment & Portfolio Management, Design, and Project teams, as well as coordinating with external parties such as Sales Agencies and Research Consultants.
Key scopes:
• Supports the implementation of all aspects related to the Sales strategy, including pricing and policies.
• Assists superiors in preparing recommendations for internal approvals, reporting, sales programs, budget planning, and forecasting.
• Collaborates with Sales Agents on documentation procedures, product information, training, and launches.
• Conducts market research as needed to support departmental and company project requirements.
• Engages actively with internal departments to ensure efficient strategy execution.
• Performs additional duties as required
• Willing to travel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Finance/Banking/Investment background is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales & marketing. Managerial experience with credible real estate
developers or international property consultants.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent skills with Excel, Power Point, Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage several priorities and work as a team in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, as well as interpersonal style relating well to all levels within an organization.
