Mô tả công việc

· Checking export price
. Instruct & manage export team to handle export shipments
. Developing export shipment volume for export department
. Run compliance check against corporate and legal guidelines
· Receive volume forecast information from Destination Office and overlay with Shipper's volume forecast - as applicable
· Handle continuous pre-shipment status follow-up with Shipper and inform Destination office - as applicable
· Receive booking request from Shipper or Destination Office
· Qualify booking request details against customer service agreement and current market conditions
· Request and receive VGM details from Shipper - as applicable
· Relay VGM details to Carrier
· Request and receive pickup instructions from Shipper and relay to Operations Team
· Receive and/or upload relevant Customer documents
· Evaluate and ensure shipment profitability
· Generate operational reporting for Customer - as applicable
· Ensure compliance with Customer specific KPI's - as applicable
· Verify and create income reserves and cost accruals in

Yêu cầu

· Effective communication skills and professional communication etiquette
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Prefer other language(s): Good oral and written skill in English
· Strong computer (Windows PC) skills
· Typing skills (at least 30 words per minute)
· Decision-making and problem-solving skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage time
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Organizational skills
· Must work well within a team
