Mô tả Công việc
Develop and expand export markets, especially in China and other potential regions.
Manage, maintain, and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and sign contracts, track order progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with the finance team to manage receivables and ensure timely payments from clients.
Work closely with the logistics team to optimize transportation-especially by land-and control logistics costs.
Understand export processes and customs procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations in both Vietnam and China.
Stay updated on market trends and export policies, adjusting business strategies as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in export sales of home appliances products. Experience in the Chinese market is a plus.
Professional Knowledge:
Familiar with export processes, customs policies, and logistics.
Strong sales expertise and vendor resource management.
Key Competencies:
Strong communication and relationship-building with Chinese clients.
Excellent market analysis and adaptability to Chinese market dynamics.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of land transportation logistics and ability to optimize solutions.
Effective coordination of logistics, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Understanding of Vietnam-China export trade and customs policies.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
Languages:
Proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken). Chinese is preferred.
Other:
Ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic international market.
