Research and analyze markets, customers to develop detailed plans for product expansion into foreign markets...
Analyze and identify potential markets/customers to discuss and negotiate to get the successful contract, PO
Cooperate with related departments to build Customer Database, control, and follow up on business transactions
Take care of shipment: contacting shipping line/agent, bank, inspection company, and other relevant organizations
Arrange meeting schedules and welcome customers to work in the office or visit the factory
Actively explore and develop new markets/new customers through social media channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Google,...) and online commercial (B2B) websites as the company's target
Maintain existing customer relationships and support customers with product-related issues.
Complete other business-related tasks as instructed by the Board of Directors

1-3 years of export experience, experience working with international customers
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
Ability to research markets, develop customers.
Priority is given to candidates proficient in using Alibaba or other international e-commerce platforms.
