Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team for quoting, follow up with customers until booking stage
- Update to customers for new services
- Make daily call to customers to ask for demand and gathering market info
- Coordinate with CS team in case of complaints and assist trouble shooting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Follow sales goals with team and Manager.
- Compile and follow up on sales leads
- Perform any duties as assigned by Export Sales Manager / Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in service-related industry (logistics, shipping line,...)
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Strong MS Office software application
- Strong written & spoken English skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Customer Orientated
- Have self-drive and passion to deal with people
- Able to work independently
- Adaptive
Key Performance Indicators / Measures:
- Communication with customers / POD agents and principal office
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
